The role also collaborates with the interdisciplinary team and guides LPNs and CNAs in delivering quality care.

What you'll do

• Assess residents and develop individualized care plans
• administer prescribed medications, treatments, and IV therapies
• monitor and record vital signs and medical information
• provide wound care and other nursing interventions as needed
• collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
• oversee and guide LPNs and CNAs.
