What you'll do

• Provide personal care assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene
• plan and prepare meals
• perform light housekeeping and laundry
• provide medication reminders
• offer companionship and emotional support
• assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• run errands or shop when applicable
• escort clients to appointments or outings if needed
• monitor and report changes in condition
• follow care plans and agency policies.
