Primary Operator Level 3 — Night Shift

The Primary Operator Level 3 role is onsite in Highland Heights, OH, on a 24/7 night schedule from 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.; compensation is not specified. The role exists to perform complex machining work and resolve process issues with minimal guidance, supporting safe and efficient production and quality standards. What you'll do

• Set up and operate machining equipment
• perform machine and conveyor start-stop procedures
• load raw material
• make tooling and fixture changes and adjustments
• complete records and forms
• inspect parts visually and dimensionally
• clean chips from tooling and parts
• report malfunctions and discrepancies
• preset tooling
• perform machine maintenance
• correct setup, nonconformance, tooling, and machining problems
• suggest process improvements
• repair, replace, or modify equipment when required.
