Assistant Center Sales Manager

Assistant Center Sales Manager is an onsite, full-time hourly leadership role in Burlington, MA, paying $19–$23 per hour. The position develops the front-of-house team, supports sales and guest loyalty, and helps maintain smooth center operations so guests receive a consistent experience and the center can meet its performance goals.

What you'll do

• Train, coach, and motivate Guest Service Associates
• support onboarding, scheduling, shift coverage, and personnel management
• help drive sales and guest retention
• support local marketing
• process appointments, payments, and refunds
• resolve guest concerns
• support inventory counts, deposits, cash reconciliation, cleanliness, safety, and maintenance.
