What you'll do

• Coordinate home health service schedules
• assist with intake and process referrals
• ensure cases are assigned and staffed on time
• communicate schedule updates
• manage high call volumes
• respond to urgent or emergency scheduling needs
• provide direction to field staff as needed
• report changes and concerns
• verify time records
• follow up on issues reported by on-call staff
• attend meetings and training
• follow agency policies.
