What you'll do

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors and staff
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of common areas, parking areas, building exteriors and perimeter locations
• observe and report unusual activity and security concerns
• respond calmly to incidents and critical situations
• notify appropriate contacts or emergency services when required
• maintain activity logs, incident reports and patrol documentation
• help deter unauthorized access and disruptive conduct.
