What you'll do

• Direct site operations and improve workflows
• oversee trial execution against timelines and budgets
• ensure compliance with regulations, SOPs, and protocols
• maintain quality-control standards
• ensure staff training and regulatory requirements
• serve as primary site contact for sponsors, CROs, and vendors
• oversee feasibility and RFI responses
• support budget negotiations
• manage staffing and performance
• oversee training and site resources
• implement CAPA plans as required.
