What you'll do

• Complete credentialing and privileging
• provide timely patient care
• manage care outside the clinic with clinic-team support
• document patient interactions and submit visit and procedure coding
• review test results and communicate them to patients
• maintain patient problem and medication lists
• return and document patient calls
• participate in quality assurance and improvement
• educate patients and families
• address social determinants of health when feasible
• follow privacy, security, compliance, and universal-precaution requirements
• conduct quarterly peer chart reviews. The posting accepts an MD, DO, nursing master’s or doctorate, physician assistant, or physician, with Minnesota licensure, DEA license, and BLS certification.
