What you'll do

• Welcome visitors and answer and route calls
• document inquiries in the Express system
• create workforce records and schedule or pass interviews
• coordinate interviews and orientations
• enter application data and file paperwork
• administer skills evaluations
• make applicant inquiry and follow-up calls
• manage applicant text messages and reminders
• maintain office supplies and orientation materials
• protect confidential documents
• collect timecards and assist with payroll questions and processing.
