What you'll do

• Conduct comprehensive onsite nutritional assessments
• develop and support implementation of individualized nutrition care plans
• collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on nutritional adequacy and regulatory compliance
• assist the food service director with costs, food preparation and service, and staffing plans
• educate residents, families, and staff
• monitor nutritional status and adjust care plans as needed.
