Project Accountant

The Project Accountant role is onsite in Maumee, OH. The annual salary range is $62,000–$80,000. The accountant supports project delivery by managing invoicing and contract information, setting up and maintaining projects in Deltek Vantagepoint, and working with project managers, principals, clients, and subcontractors on budgets, billing, collections, and payables.

What you'll do

• Invoice in accordance with corporate policies and procedures
• maintain client and subcontractor contract files
• assist with project budgets and contract information
• set up and maintain projects in Deltek Vantagepoint
• track invoices, additional service requests, and change orders
• assist with collections, receivables, and payables
• perform other accounting tasks including accounts payable and unit entry.
