What you'll do

• Develop relationships with homeowners and management companies
• walk job sites and prepare estimates and proposals
• present proposals to potential customers
• coordinate project handoffs with the Special Projects Project Manager
• review profit and loss after project completion
• meet with accounting and ownership to review financials.
