Resident Assistant

The Resident Assistant position is in person in Lewiston, MN, with available 6 a.m.–6 p.m. and 6 p.m.–6 a.m. shifts, including full-time and part-time openings. Compensation is $16–$20 per hour, with shift differentials listed for PM and NOC shifts. Lewiston Senior Living provides assisted living and memory care services. The role supports residents’ daily living, comfort, safety, and emotional well-being through personal care, medication assistance, companionship, documentation, and collaboration with nursing staff on individualized care plans.

What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
• provide respectful personal care
• administer prescribed medications and monitor vital signs when necessary
• engage residents in social activities and companionship
• maintain clean and safe living areas
• document care in EMR systems
• collaborate with nursing staff on care plans
• support mobility, including Hoyer lifts when required
• assist with behavior management strategies.
