The Retail Sales Forecasting & Planning Manager role is hybrid in Boston, MA, with two core office days and the remaining work location flexible. The target annual base pay range is $112,000–$148,000. SimpliSafe is a home security company with a mission of keeping every home secure. The manager partners with retail account managers to forecast demand, plan promotions, and shape account strategy. The role turns sales and inventory data into actionable plans, reporting, and insights for retail partners and internal teams.

What you'll do

• Own weekly annual operating plans and quarterly reforecasts across national retail club accounts
• co-own account forecasts and promotional planning
• support activation forecasting and scenario modeling
• manage weekly sales reporting and recurring KPIs
• support migration to self-service business intelligence
• collaborate on inventory allocation
• monitor supply and demand
• maintain sales forecasts and communicate risks and opportunities
• maintain data integrity and planning tools
• build dashboards
• collaborate across Sales, Finance, Direct-to-Consumer, Supply Chain, and Marketing.
