The role supports the company’s growth organization and reports to the Vice President of Growth Strategy & Analytics. The manager builds repeatable processes for business development operations, new-business forecasting, and growth-related M&A diligence. By improving forecast integrity, CRM discipline, reporting, and commercial analysis, the role gives leadership reliable information for strategy and deal decisions.

What you'll do

• Own new-business forecasting, including weekly and monthly rollups, reconciliation of forecast views, and variance analysis.
• Enforce CRM data standards and maintain pipeline, conversion, win-rate, and sales-cycle metrics.
• Produce executive dashboards and recurring growth reports and coordinate forecast handoffs with Finance.
• Manage data calls, FOIA tracking, RFI workflows, and BD tools.
• Build commercial assessments and market-sizing, revenue-synergy, and cross-sell models for M&A diligence.
• Create reusable diligence templates, support post-close data integration, document processes, and serve as liaison to Finance, Capture and Proposals, and business unit leaders.
