Maintenance Supervisor — Second Shift

What you'll do

• Oversee operation and maintenance of plant systems and equipment
• manage preventive and predictive maintenance
• troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment and PLC-controlled devices
• train team members
• monitor utility equipment performance
• manage maintenance labor
• support environmental regulatory compliance
• oversee employee performance, safety, orientation, training, and discipline.
