What you'll do

• Recruit across the Rangely region by visiting high schools, attending community events, and building relationships with prospective students and families
• design and coordinate new-student orientation and first-year programming
• monitor early-alert signals and connect at-risk first-year students with support services
• collaborate with faculty, advising, and Student Affairs colleagues to support students from inquiry through the second semester.
