Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Casa Grande, AZ, with compensation of $19–$23 per hour. HSL Asset Management maintains apartment communities across Arizona and aims to provide residents with excellent service and living conditions. The technician helps preserve the safety, physical condition, and essential services of an assigned apartment community. The work includes inspecting for unsafe or broken conditions, completing routine repairs and preventive maintenance, and supporting resident comfort and security.

What you'll do

• Inspect the community and act on unsafe or broken conditions
• diagnose and perform minor and routine maintenance and repairs
• help keep grounds neat and clear of litter
• schedule and perform preventive maintenance and inspections
• report and coordinate inventory and apartment preparation needs
• follow safety practices and applicable hazardous-material requirements
• assume maintenance responsibilities when the Maintenance Supervisor is absent.
