What you'll do

• Represent clients in workers’ compensation matters before the New York Workers’ Compensation Board
• manage pleadings, motions, settlements, and hearings
• conduct virtual hearings
• communicate with clients
• coordinate with support staff and the legal team
• prepare case files and meet deadlines and internal benchmarks.
