What you'll do

• Conduct client intake and determine eligibility for Brightpoint programs and financial assistance
• enroll families and follow program regulations and standards
• provide referrals, outreach, and advocacy
• collaborate with Brightpoint departments and services
• represent Brightpoint at county inter-agency meetings and events
• maintain a positive and professional environment. Occasional evenings and weekends may be required.
