What you'll do

• Track labor, material, and subcontractor costs
• maintain job cost ledgers and reconcile them against budgets
• prepare customer and insurance-carrier invoices
• reconcile vendor invoices and subcontractor pay applications
• monitor accounts receivable and support collections
• coordinate with project managers on billing and documentation
• support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close
• maintain GAAP and company-policy compliance.
