Property Grounds Technician – Lawn and Snow

The Property Grounds Technician – Lawn and Snow role is onsite in Grand Rapids, MI, with hourly pay of $22–$27 depending on experience. The technician maintains residential properties year-round, operating landscaping equipment in warmer months and plow trucks and snow equipment in winter. The role also documents routes, service work, and property updates through mobile apps to keep property owners informed.

What you'll do

• Operate commercial landscaping equipment for mowing, trimming, edging, and general upkeep
• operate plow trucks and snow equipment during winter
• document routing, service reports, and property photos using mobile apps
• maintain residential properties throughout the Grand Rapids area
• be available on call during winter storms.
