Maintenance Assistant

What you'll do

• Assist with daily facility maintenance and upkeep
• complete work orders and maintenance requests
• perform basic painting, minor carpentry, and general repairs
• identify and report issues with building systems
• help keep the building and grounds free of hazards
• assist with inspections and preventive maintenance records
• maintain grounds and exterior areas
• support emergency preparedness activities, including fire safety and drills
• coordinate with other departments and outside vendors as directed.

Why this role
