What you'll do

• Lead store recruiting, training, and associate development
• partner with clinical services
• review performance reports
• coordinate with the Support Center and Human Resources
• perform simple customer repairs and assemble lenses into frames
• monitor lab standards and equipment issues
• track delivery commitments and order accuracy.
