What you'll do
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential HVAC systems
- maintain, repair, and test furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and indoor air quality equipment
- educate customers and present repair, replacement, financing, and maintenance-plan options
- ensure safe and efficient system operation
- meet service and revenue goals
- coordinate with customer service and dispatch
- maintain truck inventory, job sites, and accurate documentation
- participate in training and mentor apprentices. Availability for an on-call rotation is required.
