What you'll do

• Designing overhead and underground systems using PLS-CADD, ensuring compliance with NESC, ASCE, and ACI standards.
• Moving projects from conceptual routing and engineering analysis to material procurement and construction-ready packages.
• Applying advanced modeling (PLS-TOWER, LPILE, FAD) to solve site-specific challenges, from complex foundation designs to intricate voltage conversions.
• Mentoring junior engineers, managing client interfaces, and steering multi-disciplinary teams toward successful project delivery (For Senior/Lead roles).
• Translating complex engineering concepts into clear project scopes and client presentations.
