What you'll do

• Answer medical questions by phone
• triage patients and gather histories, presenting complaints, vital signs, and examination findings
• perform examinations and diagnostic procedures such as ultrasound, X-rays, bloodwork, and biopsies
• diagnose conditions and develop treatment plans
• discuss diagnoses, options, and estimates with customers
• maintain accurate medical records
• perform emergency surgeries and endoscopic procedures
• provide aftercare and preventive guidance where appropriate.
