What you'll do

• Perform general electrical, plumbing, mechanical, heating, and cooling repairs
• maintain buildings and grounds
• mow, trim, edge, weed, mulch, and complete seasonal landscaping
• operate and maintain lawn equipment
• respond to work orders and emergency service requests
• repair community structures and equipment
• assist with home renovations and remodeling
• maintain maintenance records
• participate in an after-hours on-call rotation.
