What you'll do

• Oversee all aspects of the therapy program at the assigned facility
• follow regulatory requirements, company policies, confidentiality standards, and resident rights
• establish facility-specific procedures with the interdisciplinary team and train therapy staff
• ensure therapists meet practice, documentation, billing, and productivity standards
• communicate professionally with patients and families
• and perform other duties as assigned.
