Job overview

The Culture & Talent Management Specialist role is primarily office-based onsite in Nashwauk, MN, with regular presence at plant and mine sites. Compensation is $80,000–$100,000 plus the Winners Circle incentive. The role supports Mesabi Metallics as its iron ore mining and pelletization project moves from construction through commissioning and operations. Working with HR leaders and operational teams, the specialist builds organizational effectiveness, talent development, and an inclusive culture across a multinational workforce. The role supports change, employee engagement, and a strong safety culture as the organization grows.

What you'll do

• Advise leaders on organizational structures and role clarity
• lead change management and readiness work
• diagnose organizational effectiveness issues and recommend interventions
• facilitate team alignment
• design cross-cultural programs and inclusion initiatives
• assess development needs and coordinate training
• lead succession planning and talent reviews
• develop onboarding and engagement programs
• analyze retention and workforce metrics
• coach managers and maintain HR dashboards and records.
