Facilities Technician – Operations

The Facilities Technician – Operations role is onsite in Minneapolis, Minnesota, supporting properties in the Central Region. The technician maintains interior and exterior cleanliness, completes light maintenance tasks, and helps keep common areas, lawns, and parking lots presentable and safe. The role also supports property turnover, seasonal snow removal, and communication about supply and maintenance needs.

What you'll do

• Clean assigned interior areas and vacant units
• remove snow from walkways, paths, and entryways, including outside normal operating hours when needed
• maintain trash and dumpster areas
• pick up debris
• assist with pool and whirlpool chemical levels on a rotating basis
• deliver notices to residents
• report supply needs and safety or maintenance concerns
• assist maintenance staff with light maintenance tasks.
