What you'll do

• Process payroll for a multi-state workforce in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• coordinate onboarding, terminations, and wage changes with Human Resources and Accounting
• conduct payroll audits and resolve discrepancies
• handle tax withholdings, garnishments, and benefit deductions
• respond to employee payroll inquiries
• maintain accurate and confidential payroll records
• use ADP payroll systems.
