This project manager leads fire protection installation projects from pre-construction design through commissioning and closeout. The role coordinates field crews, subcontractors, schedules, budgets, inspections, and documentation to deliver safe, compliant systems for commercial, industrial, and hyperscale data center campuses.

What you'll do

• Manage multi-system fire protection installations from pre-construction design through final commissioning
• direct field operations, subcontractors, and crews
• coordinate milestones with general contractors
• monitor labor, material, and equipment expenses against budgets
• negotiate and process change orders
• conduct inspections and pre-commissioning tests
• deliver as-built documentation, O&M packages, and system-owner training at closeout.
