In-Home Sales Consultant, Roofing

The In-Home Sales Consultant, Roofing role is field-based, with a home office in Etna, ME and expected attendance there one to two days per week for training or meetings. The role exists to guide homeowners through a structured, consultative roofing sales process, from inspection and needs assessment to pricing and agreement. Pre-set, pre-qualified appointments and operational support allow the consultant to focus on explaining solutions, serving homeowners, and completing sales accurately.

What you'll do

• Conduct multiple in-home inspections and consultations daily
• diagnose homeowner needs and recommend roofing or exterior solutions
• present scope, pricing, and financing options
• guide homeowners from inspection through agreement
• complete contracts and documentation in ServiceTitan
• maintain professional presentation, vehicle, and sales materials
• generate additional opportunities through referrals and self-sourced leads
• travel locally to customer homes.
