The pay range for this position is $87,360.00 - $120,640.00 per year, and this role supports the retail and salon operations of Ulta Beauty, the largest North American beauty retailer. The General Manager is responsible for leading through Ulta Beauty’s mission, vision, and values to develop a high-performing team that consistently delivers top-line sales growth for the store. This leader is accountable for all aspects of managing a single retail store, inclusive of the salon, driving business through performance, people, and process.

What you'll do

• Promote a culture of accountability to meet or exceed Ulta Beauty’s goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and retail shrink.
• Drive company profitability through operational excellence, top-line sales growth, and expense control.
• Leverage store forecast and payroll budgets to support with store scheduling needs.
• Address any issues identified by Ulta Beauty’s financial and operational reporting.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with guests.
• Attract, hire, and retain a diverse team of top talent.
• Build a highly engaged team that embodies the Ulta Beauty brand.
• Lead all aspects of manager and associate development.
• Ensure compliance with Ulta Beauty’s policies, procedures, and standards.
• Protect company assets and minimize loss.
