Group X Instructor — Florida

The Group X Instructor role is onsite in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Compensation is $25–$35 per hour. The instructor supports the Group X fitness department at Retro Fitness, delivering classes intended to build member engagement and retention.

What you'll do

• Deliver scheduled group fitness classes with clear instruction
• lead warm-ups, workouts, and cool-downs or stretches
• cue proper technique and offer modifications
• maintain a safe workout environment
• prepare music, equipment, and studio space
• engage with members before and after class
• track attendance and share participation trends with club leadership
• attend required meetings and training
• follow club policies
• participate in assigned Team Clean duties.
