Principal Scientist (Associate Director), Reagent Product Development

The Principal Scientist (Associate Director) is an onsite role based in San Diego, CA. The base salary range is $175,000 to $200,000 per year. This role leads the product development of reagents and workflows for a protein sequencing platform. This position owns the technical strategy and cross-functional delivery of integrated reagent systems. It involves managing teams, driving product development processes, and ensuring co-optimization with instrument subsystems to meet performance specifications.
