What you'll do

• Manage MEP projects against timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• coordinate work across disciplines
• develop designs, specifications, and drawings
• review shop drawings, submittals, and as-builts
• integrate HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems
• develop power, lighting, generator, and campus infrastructure designs
• apply building codes
• prepare construction documents and public-bid packages
• conduct field inspections and communicate with clients
• mentor junior staff.
