What you'll do

• Advise public and private company clients on executive compensation and employee benefits
• draft and review employment, severance, retention, and change-in-control agreements
• counsel on incentive compensation plans
• handle benefits aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and private equity transactions
• advise on retirement plans, disclosures, and governance
• manage client projects.
