The Lead Hand — Process Support, 3rd Shift role is onsite in Buffalo, NY, with a Sunday–Thursday schedule from 11:00 p.m. to 7:15 a.m. Compensation is $20–$24 per hour. The role supports the Process department’s production operations. The lead hand keeps equipment, tools, and molds ready, troubleshoots process issues, and provides off-shift direction to operators and team leaders. By supporting safety, quality, housekeeping, and shift handoffs, the role helps maintain production flow when the Shift Supervisor is absent.

What you'll do

• Ensure equipment, tools, molds, and accessories are clean, functional, and staged
• verify molds are loaded and cleaned correctly
• coordinate equipment adjustments or repairs
• perform Shift Supervisor duties during absences
• serve as the off-shift production contact
• support team leaders and operators
• troubleshoot processing issues, mold problems, alarms, and operator concerns
• communicate technical issues
• support downtime resolution
• maintain safety, quality, compliance, housekeeping, and shift handoff documentation.
