What you'll do

• Participate in Internal Operations projects
• respond to ESE staff inquiries
• maintain Salesforce case notes and service entries
• place transitional client workers in ESE positions and support contract staffing
• process applications and facilitate interviews and onboarding
• monitor driver compliance
• maintain a pool of transitional workers
• schedule shifts and oversee pressure-washing teams
• order, track, and distribute supplies and equipment
• facilitate weekly orientations and trainings
• provide feedback and support personnel processes.
