The Director, Product Security role is onsite in Sunnyvale, CA, with a base salary range of $227,000–$303,000 per year. CoreWeave provides cloud infrastructure and technology for artificial intelligence workloads. The role leads the Product Security organization. The director sets product security strategy and leads teams responsible for application security, vulnerability management, offensive security, AI product security, and vulnerability response. The role builds scalable security systems and practices that help engineers develop and operate CoreWeave products securely.

What you'll do

• Define product security strategy and roadmap
• lead managers and senior individual contributors
• build an agentic-first vulnerability program
• own vulnerability discovery, prioritization, remediation, SLAs, and executive reporting
• run offensive security and adversarial testing
• establish secure development lifecycle practices
• oversee AI product security and product vulnerability response
• partner with Product, Engineering, Cloud Security, Platform Security, Detection and Response, and GRC.
