What you'll do

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments
• verify materials against packing slips, purchase orders, and invoices
• count, measure, and document items
• enter receiving data into computer systems
• report discrepancies, damage, or shortages
• communicate with warehouse, purchasing, and shipping teams
• assist with unloading and staging
• maintain organized receiving areas.
