What you'll do

• Build and lead the land use and zoning practice
• represent developers, property owners, and institutional clients through entitlement processes
• advocate before municipal and county boards
• draft and negotiate development agreements and related instruments
• advise on land development regulations and permitting
• handle land use disputes and appeals
• work with the Managing Partner on business development
• supervise the practice’s paralegal and attorneys as the group grows.
