What you'll do

• Determine and document participant eligibility, income, rent, and voucher size
• conduct interviews and recertifications
• process admissions, leasing, portability, and interim adjustments
• review tenancy approval and contract documents
• respond to participant and landlord questions and complaints
• maintain files, reports, and program records
• coordinate inspections and rent reasonableness reviews.
