What you'll do

• Oversee estimating, repair planning, production scheduling, and vehicle delivery
• manage workflow, technician productivity, and shop capacity
• coordinate with parts, service, insurers, and vendors
• maintain repair quality, safety, and OEM procedures
• manage sales, gross profit, expenses, and performance indicators
• maintain repair documentation and billing
• oversee insurance estimates, supplements, claims documentation, and approvals
• communicate with customers and resolve concerns
• lead, coach, recruit, train, and retain team members.

Why this role

The posting prefers at least five years of collision repair experience and prior body shop or collision center management. CCC ONE or similar software experience and knowledge of OEM repair requirements and I-CAR standards are preferred.
