What you'll do

• Receive and accurately input consumer loan applications
• understand members’ borrowing needs and gather documentation
• collect and verify income, employment, credit, and collateral information
• submit applications to underwriting
• coordinate with underwriters, processors, and title specialists
• ensure files meet regulatory and credit policy standards
• respond to lending inquiries
• identify transactions requiring BSA documentation
• recommend process improvements and relevant credit union products.
