What you'll do

• Run daily rental department operations and manage revenue, expenses, and profitability goals
• develop rental sales and marketing plans
• maintain high-volume customer relationships
• set rates using market analysis
• manage fleet utilization
• coordinate rental unit maintenance with the Service Department
• oversee check-in and check-out, files, insurance, credit procedures, and billing
• hire, train, and lead the rental team
• track monthly results and help prepare the annual business plan.
