What you'll do

• Execute leasing and merchandising strategy for assigned areas
• assess market trends and opportunities
• recruit and cultivate retail and restaurant tenant relationships
• lead negotiations for new leases, renewals, relocations, and amendments
• prepare deal terms and financial analyses
• report leasing performance and recommendations
• manage tenant relationships
• coordinate transactions with internal teams
• mentor junior team members.
