Lead Caregiver

The Lead Caregiver role is an onsite, traveling position serving clients in Spokane County, WA, and North Idaho. Pay is $25 per hour plus gas reimbursement for work-related travel. Senior Helpers provides in-home care to seniors and this role also supports its caregiving team. The role delivers compassionate care while helping maintain consistent service across client homes. It supports caregivers through field mentoring, training, coverage, and communication with office staff, clients, and families.

What you'll do

• Provide in-home care to senior clients
• travel to client homes in Spokane County and North Idaho
• help fill open shifts and provide caregiver coverage
• support and mentor caregivers
• assist with training new caregivers
• communicate with office staff, clients, and families
• report client changes or concerns
• follow company policies and care plans
• assist with personal care, companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and daily living activities.
